Born on 29 March 1973 in Town of Pleven, District of Pleven

He graduated from the Academy of Economics “D. Tsenov” - Town of Svishtov, speciality of “Social Security and Insurance” in 1996.

He holds professional qualification for acquiring pedagogical competency of “Teacher of Economics” from the Technical University - Gabrovo.

From 2012 tо 2015 Stefan Milev worked as an expert in a consulting company for project development and management.

Since 1996 he has developed private business in the area of trade in fast-moving consumer goods.

He has managed the implementation of projects in the project cycle under the Operational Programme of “Development of Human Resources”.
