Born on 19 February 1971 in Town of Pleven, District of Pleven

He graduated from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy - Sofia with a Master’s degree, speciality of “Architecture” in 1999

In the period of 1999 to 2003 he worked as a designer and an architect in the private sector and as a freelancer

From 2003 to 2015 he held expert and leading positions in Pleven Municipality

Since 2015 he has been a Chief Architect of Pleven Municipality
